Hoora Moinfar is a graphic designer and art director currently based in Tehran, Iran.
After obtaining her MFA degree in graphic design at the University of Illinois at Chicago in the spring of 2013, Hoora founded a design and visual communications studio called “Studio Koly” in the fall of the same year. Hoora later moved back to Iran and teamed up with other designers and artists to realize her projects.
At Studio Koly, Hoora has involved herself in a variety of projects over the years. Along side client-based assignments, she has worked on many self initiated projects, creating images, videos, drawings, etc.
Hoora has always believed her personal work/play to be not only a major fuel for her creative process and positive attitude towards her client-based work, but also a meditative route to tranquility and self healing.
